Using Linkedin as Your Personal CRM

I like to think of my LinkedIn account as my “personal CRM” ! It is a convenient way to store my contacts and have access 24/7 from any computer in the world. I would suggest inviting as many contacts as you can. Make it a routine as you connect with new people. Dig up old business cards and add them.

Also, you should update your status frequently. List books you have read. Mention your travel plans. Social media is all about putting yourself in front of your followers and keeping your name fresh in their minds. The more you are active, the more others will engage with you. If you are in a sales role, this can lead to stronger relationships and greater sales !
